    Hey there everyone, I would like to get an advice if possible. The problem is that when I need to wake up early for going to work then I feel super tired and extremely restless as if I haven’t slept in a week. It is obvious that feeling restless is usually in the PM AFTER you have already worked and you’re tired so it is obvious that you might be thinking the opposite would happen as most of the people does, however I am sitting there bouncing my legs (due to the RLS) and I am nearly breaking out into a cold sweat feeling as if I am cracked out on way too much caffeine. By the way I need to mention that I am not using any stimulants here (not even caffeine). also I’ve got to say that this is not AAS related and another thing to mention is that I am not using any medications to feel like this as when I’ve discussed about this the last time, most people thought that I am on medications which gave me such an effect. In fact, I am not even able/ allowed to use any type of substance as I am being monitored by the state ( I guess you know what this means) so no stimulants or other substances are allowed. Is there someone who can help, please? Someone has some thoughts upon this? or maybe some of you has some reasons why this is happening to me? It is not that *slight grogginess* you feel in the morning the first few minutes after waking up, it is much worse, and it does feel terrible!
    Gotta mention that I am used to feel this way after I would drink a little bit in the middle of the day and then later when the buzz effects are disappearing slowly, I would then get the restless and I know that this is due to the gaba activity that’s going into my brain which is going all up and down. I know this all might sound as if I have alcoholic symptoms but I am definitely not an alcoholic and in fact, I have not even drank anything in a year (nothing at all) and except for not drinking alcohol, I also am not drinking or having any form of caffeine as I have said it earlier. Something I also said – I also take no drugs (I am not even allowed to take them). someone can give some insight? Thanks!

    Well, by reading your post and what bugs you, I would recommend you to take an OTC sleep aid which might help and here I would have recommended the diphenhydramine, however I can’t due to the fact that this one has a tendency to make my RLS even worse, but this has a tendency to make it worse for me personally and not sure if this applies to anyone.
    Since this is not an option for you I am thinking that you could try one of those teas which are claiming to give you calmness and sleepiness (which should be drank before going to sleep). I know this sounds too little as you might think that teas might not even affect you but they could be really helpful, plus you don’t have anything to lose. I can’t vouche for them as I have never tried them myself so I can’t say anything from experience and for this reason as well I can’t really give you any names for *helpful teas* but at least I think that you could research more about them and I’m quite sure you would find what you’re looking for and most importantly, hopefully they would be of any help to you.

    Hey there, I would recommend you to try out magnesium and Valerian root as they can be really helpful. Nothing to be worried about, good supplements not only for your problem but for your health in general, no worries about being monitored about the state and good chances to really help you. Of course there’s not an 100% chance that you would get help, but I still think that chances are good. I am getting RLS as well so I do know what you’re going through and I do know that this sucks!

    Thank you guys a lot for all your answers and advices, I really appreciate it all a lot and each advice! The thing is that it is not only the RLS as it is much more than only the RLS that I am going through… indeed RLS are super annoying, but I am also feeling internally restless, as if I’m always tired regardless of what I do or how/ how much I rest or sleep. I am never able to relax! It feels as if I am being wound up way too tight and I go like that all day long! That’s a huge problem for me! But then again, thanks for your replies!

    Well, since you mention that it is all that bad as you said in your last post:

    It does sounds as if you’re not having a regular tiredness that can be *cured* by a weekend of sleep and relax. This does sounds to me as if its more serious and as if that’s something that coming from *inside of you*, something from your brain. You might want to go to see a doctor and see what he would say as you could get some Xanax that could help. What you’re going through and inability to rest sounds as if you’re going through anxiety, at least to me, and Xanax can help with this. I personally am also having it and this is the way that I am feeling as well, only maybe except for the fact that I am also having an elevated heart rate and I am also suffering, from time to time, from shortness of breath! The recommendations you’ve got there are indeed legitimate, you would want to try out some sleepy tea which can calm and relax and also some melatonin could be helpful as well, esp. if mixed with valerian root. These natural methods are actually working for me (and for any other anxious person I think) when I am actually in a need to wake up the next morning early and I shouldn’t oversleep. But for those cases when I actually need to rest and I do not need to wake up next morning then I can take Xanax and a beer and if I do this then I’m unreachable for the next 12 hours! Anyway, in the end I just recommend you to go and see doctor as you sound to have quite a problem that needs to be addressed. I wish you good luck!
