for those who have excessive sweating issue

So well, hi there everyone. Since it is summer outside and since the heat is burning as us all these days, I know that there are some people (like me) who have more issues on hot days than most people and that’s why I decided to start this thread. I have to say that it has been like 5 weeks or so since I have started to use Robinul Forte. I am using 2 mg one time per day on an completely empty stomach (I make sure that it is completely empty). Therefore I am using it either right before I am going to bed (when I haven’t eaten in a good while) or approximately one hour or so (maybe even more) before I have my breakfast in the morning after waking up (obviously, empty stomach).
I need to pay attention to the fact that this medication has really started to work only on the third day of using it that’s why, if you start with it too and you don’t actually see much changes after a day or 2 don’t be desperate and definitely do not stop with it – it will work. Anyway, in the end I must say that my sweating, overall, it id down approximately 70% or so. I must say that I have taken a week off after a month straight and the dripping sweat came back in the FULL force, that’s for sure! Well, yesterday I went back and I have refilled my prescribed for only $ 30 & change. I know that you may not believe me, but by doing that the only person you are going to hurt is you – today my sweating has been ALREADY down by 40%, ALREADY!
In terms of side effects, of course there are some and I am going to make the short list of them, the ones that I have encountered:
First is dry mouth. I have noticed I get this side effect while on it. second thing (it is not a side effect but something similar) is that this thing must be taken on an empty stomach if you want to get full benefits so better take it like this. and the last one, which by the way is also not a side effect but something like this, is that $ 30 it is not very cheap, I know, however IMO it is absolutely worth when it comes down to not sweating.
That is why, in case you are a person like me who has a problem of suffering from excessive sweating then this might be what you need. It doesn’t matter if you suffer from excessive sweating of your hands, face, feet or body or all of them – this medication works for everything that is why I am strongly recommending you to give it a try. I am not very sure if it’s going to work for everyone, but I think that you must at least give it a try as it really works for me. I am not a doctor or an expert, but I do think that 3 mg taken every day on empty dosages in 2 doses would surely control 85% or maybe even more of my sweating. Not sure about other people though, but I still think that it will help. Good luck to you in controlling this gross problem.July 6, 2017 at 5:09 am #2295
Well… of course thank you for taking your time writing this and for trying to help other people, but just don’t know man… what I know is that sweating it is a natural response of the human body. if you are excessively sweating that much then your body needs it IMO, by stopping this process you might start another process which might be even worse IMO such as water retention or whatever else. This is why I would say that I personally would be more concerned to find out as WHY I am sweating that much. There are those people that are arguing that the sweat glands are pretty much something like a ‘third kidney’ or something. I remember that in the past I have discussed with a couple of some doctors that were quickly bellow bullshit, however I am still disagreeing with them. I do remember some of the crap that I have sweated out in the past during the time that I have been on some extensive slim down diets which were involving some really hard and much cardio, and there it is just absolutely no way that all we are getting out by sweating is water, I mean – I am sure that it is not only ‘water’ coming out of my skin alone. I would say you’ve got to consider some of the nasty staining that is being associated with sweat! I am also not a doctor or expert or anything in that matter, however I still kind of find it quite difficult to believe in the fact that women are still applying antiperspirant to their underarms considering the proximity to breast tissue and limp nodes under arms. However, then again, our modern ‘medical science’ is claiming that everything is good, right…
And no, I am not talking like this because I don’t have this problem of sweating a lot and it is easy for me to say. I can also sweat up like a full rain just by standing around especially now in summer, and also not only because it is summer alone but more so now that I am being pretty unfit as of late and this just adds up. I have to say that I have already met very and very much of people (guys) that are playing racquetball over the years to see and compare the sweat production with. And you know… I have to say that the general gist it is that it is being genetic and a life long component of said, and you know… this may also increase as we are getting unfit as it happens to me lately so I have to get my body in shape again. But I just know that this is just the body’s way of cooling off and that’s important if thinking about it for a second. Again I am not an expert, but if you ask me then I do believe that this is somehow related to the thyroid gland if anything… but as I have already said it earlier, in the end the question why is the most important one. So for battling with it I guess you should answer why is the call for sweating increased? And then you might deal with the actual problem.
Consider, and that’s ESPECIALLY in case you are stacked with some muscle currently. This is going to generate A LOT much more body heat and this would very easily be a much more natural response in order to cool this down. But then again, that’s my opinion. And to my opinion, it really just seems to me as if you are putting your body through an exogenous substance for absolutely no reason…. At least in my opinion. And besides the thing that there’s no reason… I am afraid this might lead to other health issues, more serious than just ‘gross’. And when we already subject it to enough…July 7, 2017 at 6:27 am #2296
Very well, I have to say that it is genetic in my case and that’s for sure. All of this thing has started during my teenage years when I still has been very skinny. I do understand those ‘big’ guys or those with a lot of fat. But I’ve been excessively sweating while very skinny. I do agree with you that it is a body response, but let’s not forget that there are body abnormalities which means that something might go wrong. This is being called hyperhidrosis and it is an body abnormality and yes, it is a recognized medical condition so if it’s wrong then with the help of medication I can make it right. I haven’t recommended this to people who are feeling alright or who are sweating a bit now. my hyperhidrosis, for example, it is generalized which means that it is in full body, I am excessively sweating absolutely everywhere. However there are people who do not, like for example they don’t excessively sweat and they are all fine except for their palms, or for their feet. I mean, there are people who excessively sweat in just one spot, or multiple spots. For me, again, it is full body. and getting it out is absolutely necessary, I do agree with you, but I would much rather piss it out the water than full body sweat it out (like crazy).July 10, 2017 at 11:36 am #2297
Well, I do understand and I hear ya. However still man / genetic it is the genetic for a reason and the way that you are being programmed to RUN. It is like you are a notebook and you are programmed to run like a notebook, but you try to make it run like a car, or whatever. Saying this as one sweaty bastard to another one and trust me that I do know a LOT of those sweaty bastards out there, so I do feel for ya. I have noticed that my condition has gotten even worse with poor conditioning. And so, this is telling me that it is either such thing as excessive fat/ cooling related, or it might be because of some possibly cardio implications, as I can barely get to the fridge now.
However, what got my attention is… you have been saying that even prior to muscle or fat, you have been sweating full out at this rate and that’s even during your teens age? Well, I did knew a few of those ones as well. And you know…. In retrospect, you are really making me realize that my sweating really has not increased with the lean muscle which I have been trying and I did maxed out at 25 pretty strong and approximately 15 % or so BMI, and so mine is only fat and conditioning related and I know very well. In fact, I am not very sure, but I may also have run just as cool and dry as ever at 25. But even so, I am still not able to say anything for sure due to the fact that back then I have been on 120 degree tennis courts at 19 and you know… that would be strange if I then I would not sweat so I do know that had to be sweating in such situations, LOL.
However, I am still relating to what you are trying to say with the FACE sweating. I personally have never had this thing to occur just until not so long ago though, and to be honest, it does pose a problem I do agree with you. I am now just wondering if perspiring qualifies as a ‘diuretic action’…?
Anyway, a funny story here related on this thread. I have went on a jab interview for a sales gig that really seemed to be pretty much interesting, to me. gotta confess on the fact that I have never had too much of success in working for other people, and I ping corporate america’s radar miles off me. LOL. so well… while this has not been a CA., it has been somewhere more of a medium sized private company with a significant HR factor. Back then I have already been cutting my grain as I swore off job interviews a very long time ago. In fact, I have to say that I have contemplated starting a company to IMPOSTOR interview for fee with the express intent of heckling alone/ and for SPITE I am going to perform a lot of ‘proo – bono’ thing 😀 and so, anyway… well, I have been sitting there having gone from playing ball with a VP to this interviewing with that front line H.R. Biochhe from hell… so well, in the time that I have been retaining my cool smart ass demeanor, I have then realized, while being there for approximately 25 minutes or so, that I had already completely SOAKED my entire freaking shirt and coat!!! Lol… and no, it wasn’t kind of a little bit, I mean that I actually SOAKED them! Then hold things up and I had interrupted that lady exclaiming: hey, why you didn’t tell me that I have been sitting here swimming in myself here?!?! After that she just kind of sat there straight faced having no idea what to say. Well, and then, you know, I stand up and I am taking my coat off and sling it at the wall, just flinging sweat all over that well there 😀 LOL! after finishing I exclaim: oh, that was a lot much better 😀 she then pretended as if she has interviewed me for the next and last 10 minutes in the time that I have been trying to come to my sense smugging up and having no idea what the f*ck I was actually been doing there? LOL. I remember that I walked out into the lobby where everybody has been starring at ‘this guy with the soaking shirt’ as I have been exclaiming how she actually wore me out 😀 needless to say that I have never heard of them after that, ‘strangely’, LOLJuly 10, 2017 at 11:51 am #2298
Oh well, that’s a really cool story bro, LOL. that’s pretty much like DNP level sweat there. well, yeah, I understand you guys because somewhere when I hit the age of 14 years old or so I have started to have an extremely big underarm sweat, been sweating really really profusely! That’s just how it all started because it kind of continued to ‘spread’ to other parts of my body making my sweat more and more until by the age of like 17 or so, I have already been sweating profusely full body. I can remember very well how at the age of 18+ been having big issues because of this… the sweat has been ruining more than I could imagine and that’s because my face, back as well as shoulders were ridiculously much sweating! I’ve been trying to fight it off like that but I could not at when I have been around the age of 20 or maybe 21 years, I have started to use OTC Certain – dry and then prescription Drysol as I have heard that those must be really helpful. I have been kind of ‘obsessed’ to get the sweating lower (as I said, it made me have more problems than I expected) and that’s why I have actually used them for such a long period of time that the majority of my understand sweat glands has shrunk so much that it nearly hit the point of not releasing sweat anymore! However… everywhere else that has been truly awful. I have then been using the Mitchum stick antiperspirant on my shoulders and traps. I recommend you to take a look at it if you haven’t so far. This medication is working so far that I honestly think it could really be an amazing stuff for weddings and public appearances or situations like such. Hopefully this would be helpful for some.July 12, 2017 at 9:04 am #2304
Yoursider hello there, I’m just wondering now if you are still on running that Robinul Forte or if you have stopped? If you are running it then could you please update on how it is working for you? Does it works the same or better or worse? Had you changed anything? Did you eventually had to up the dosage higher or no? I’m really interested because I am also suffering from hyperhidrosis since, very well.. since as much as I can remember because I’ve been like this even as a baby, and so when you said that the amount of sweat is a problem and must be stopped I completely agree with you as I also have this really insane amount of sweat which makes me crazy.
However I must say that since I have started on juice it has truly been far, FAR much worse than it used to be, than I thought it could even be… it is so bad that I can’t actually describe it other way than to say that it literally looks as if I have taken a full body shower! That’s how bad it is! It is really unbelievable and it is truly a big problem as if I am lowering my head down, I can see the water falling from my head like a waterfall or something, as if when you take a shower and you lower your head and the water comes down. Same for me, that’s just ridiculous, imagine yourself in such a situation nearly everywhere you go… it truly affects your (at least mine) life greatly! A very simple example is that my wallet and my phone are always dripping wet as they are in my pants pocket… now just imagine how much sweat my body releases that even my phone and wallet are nearly always wet from sitting my PANTS! Yeah, that’s truly gross, I know what you just thought… that’s indeed gross, however at least it does not stink… but even if it doesn’t stink it is still gross and it is still a big problem… I guess it doesn’t stink because my body releases SO MUCH water that it cannot stink, it simply has no smell at all, it is simply just some water, BUT THAT’S STILL A PROBLEM! My body temperature it is extremely high!
It is all the water that I drink. I don’t piss it out, I sweat it out! this problem is, obviously, correlated with the problem that I am ALWAYS thirsty. I always have water near me otherwise I die of thirst, even in winter. I am drinking like 6 liters of water per day! And there has been a time that it has been up to like 10 liters a day! So I sweat it out. but I can’t go without drinking… as I said, I’m always thirsty!
This sweat it is obviously a very big problem, but the high body temperature is as well and I know this because my gf is also having a very high body temperature as I do and there are sometimes when she is touching me… it is taking an unbelievable amount of willpower for me not to push her away because of this, the agony it is very and very uncomfortable. And I’m saying this because I’m looking at this in retrospective!July 12, 2017 at 9:45 am #2305
Very well…. After I’ve been abusing opiates, and then alternating between TRT as well as mild cycles, my sweating has went from below average to ‘just try to turn on the heat and I am going to fill up your kiddie pool’ and so I am finding this helpful! Anyhow… personally for me, my body temperature is never dangerously high whenever I have tested it so that’s fine, so I am thinking that it is an overreaction more than a legitimate homeostasis, though these are just my thoughts…July 15, 2017 at 3:46 pm #2311
Hey there, sorry I just read your post so that’s why it has taken a while for me to respond. I have been off for a short trip. Anyway, I just wanted to comment on that part as of:

Yeah, I am still using it now. and I think that I will use it for months/ years as long as it keeps on working the way it does. If you are planning to use it then you need to make sure that you are doing everything as you should in order to make it effective and not to take it for no avail and spend your money and time. that is why, as I have already mentioned it a bit earlier, you need to make sure that it is taken on an completely empty stomach approximately one and a half hours or so before you are eating. You could use it the same way I said I do earlier in my posts. Since I still on using it, of course it does works and water and other fluids are fine, at least so far. Not protein shakes btw. But I need to warn you again about the dry mouth… this side effect is going to kill you because the medication will make your mouth dry as hell and I suggest to make sure you are prepared because I have noticed that if I am chewing gum I can avoid this side effect, obviously I recommend it to you too. Another thing I should warn you about is that there are a lot of insurance companies that are not going to cover it (or at least I have been refused) and that’s even though this thing is actually used for Irritable Bowel Syndrome as well as for some certain kinds of ulcers (I’ve done a research on it – you might too if you are interested). Anyway, with good rx I am paying like 30 to $ 35 and to me, that’s very well worth it, money I don’t regret to give for the effects I have!July 17, 2017 at 6:07 am #2312
hey there, I am quite sure that you already know about this site (and I think that most of people who are having problems with sweat already know about this site) but I still recommend you all to go on that site and search for medications part. The site is sweathelp org. either you know it or do not I recommend you to go, find the ‘treatments (for hyperhidrosis)’ and go on medications part. Start reading that as it is very interesting. Of course everyone decided for him/her self but that’s really interesting IMO.
Once again, I personally would caution again the natural processes of sweating… I do perfectly know that the ‘medical science’ would be in disagreement with this and they would claim that sweating it is actually not a high level cleansing function of the human body. I recommend you to take a closer look and notice that there are actually no conclusive or even REAL correctly qualified studies which is in regards of use of antiperspirants correlate with diseases such as like BREAST CANCER, Metabolic disorders, blood disorders as well as others more.
However, there actually are some pretty good studies out there that you can also find online about sodium and its new analogs and how they are actually CAUSING some diseases. In addition to that I would say that it must be noted the fact that at this time the sodium based fluid retention does causes physiological conditions that are quite similar to the use of the antiperspirants which is also known as fluid retention which equals to less sweat.
Also, on the other hand we have the fact that if your elders have been suffering from the exact same conditions then you may consider their paths to the other side. As perhaps if they are being dehydration related, this may very well create a benefit health wise. However I one would think that if your family line is living a fairly long and healthy life then… just logically, you might be very well playing with fire. As I said, I wouldn’t try to change the way that your body MUST work in order to feel fine…
Anyway, nothing more than just my opinions and food for thinking…July 17, 2017 at 6:24 am #2313
Well… hyperhidrosis it is generally a genetic condition as we all know… my mean body temperature it is actually anywhere between 1 to like 0.5 F degrees below the 98.6 degrees which is believed to be the normal one. And I consider that this is a generic disorder and it is a genetic disorder that runs in my family and then again, as we all know, disorders must be cured. I also can say that you may be surprised of how much potassium and how much water I am consuming per day. This is pretty much as if your body is producing oil/ sebum in excessive quantities which in result this is causing acne. People who are having acne (because their bodies is producing oil/ sebum in excessive quantities) are obviously trying to cure it. and as I have already said it earlier, I do not have any other side effects than just dry mouth (and I doubt that dry mouth can be dangerous or even life threatening) which can be easily controlled by just chewing a gum. I mean, that’s the only side effect I have had from using Robinul Forte (and it has that side effect because besides stopping you to have excessive sweating, it also lessens the saliva secretions). Ultimately, everything is fine and I do achieve what I wanted to achieve that’s why, please, do not over think this.
