I want to ask something about IGF-1

Hi everyone, I would really appreciate some of your help. The problem is that I did have been doing a lot of research on the IGF 1 (especially the last few days), however I still have not been able to get any straight answers. I mean… I do understand how it is working and all so I do not really need the science behind it, because as I said, I’ve done a lot of research on it… but there’s still something that I can’t understand and the reason why I am now here. So, the 2 biggest complaints that I have heard from it has been intestinal growth/ bloatedness as well as fatigue all day long. Plus to that, I have also read that the pre diluted liquid forms are not really being very effective (or at least what I have heard) due to the fact that the half life of the IGF 1 it is only 72 hours (3 days) and so, it just dies and that is why you’ve got to dilute it all by yourself and shoot it up. But well… I will not shoot up. Is there anybody here who has ever used the spray in the past? I mean, maybe you used both spray and something else (like injections) and can tell me more in regards to the differences between them? And also… how much do you use, and also if possible, please tell me for how long?
One more thing… I do know very well creatine there has been a formula of like around .3 grams creatine per 1 kg body weight for loading and after that it has gotten it down pretty much to around .01 grams creatine per 1 kg body weight for the maintenance. With this being said, is there anything similar to this for the IGF 1 too or not? Thanks in advance for all of your answers!May 8, 2017 at 1:10 pm #1644
Hello there. I must confess that I know very little on this topic and I have to say that I actually don’t quite know anything what you are talking about here in the terms of products. I just know that I have had my blood work done though, and so I know that my IGF 1 level it is 450 + as it is being opposed to the upper norm limit of the 260ish or so. I just wanna say that this is pretty much explaining the constant fatigue that I am getting through whenever I am outside of the gym which is pretty damn annoying…
Whatever the case… if you don’t mind.. may I ask you why you want to supplement with IGF 1 and what are the effects that you want to get from using it? If that’s not a problem for you answering.May 8, 2017 at 1:30 pm #1645

No, I don’t mind and that’s not a problem. I want to use it because with its help I’m looking forward to put some mass on. Of course I can’t say anything from experience, but I have heard that IGF 1 had great results. I just have been lifting for a while now but, to be honest, I really want something that it is going to push me harder and that would, of course, give me some better results!May 9, 2017 at 11:06 am #1646
Well… why wouldn’t you just try to improve your diet instead? It is safer, and would give you long term results which are always better.May 9, 2017 at 12:02 pm #1647
Actually my diet it is fine and it is very clean, don’t you worry about it. I am now asking about the IGF 1 and definitely not about your opinion about my diet. Why you just can’t stay on the subject?May 9, 2017 at 12:10 pm #1648
Hey… just look, not trying to ‘ruin your dreams’ or anything, but if your IGF 1 is not injected, then it is pointless, be sure about that… enough said on this… just think… there is a good reason as why it is being shot into a just trained or about to be trained muscle for the localized effects. Hope you won’t waste your time, effort and money on something useless. Also hoping this would be helpful.May 9, 2017 at 12:29 pm #1649
Oh, ok thanks for the information. I appreciate, but I still gotta ask: where do you purchase it non diluted then?May 9, 2017 at 12:55 pm #1650
From a doctor, of course, you can get it. Oral IGF 1 it is marketing hype and nothing more, be sure about that. You’ve just gotta get your blood work before you are going to make any decision, trust me you’ve gotta do it otherwise, if there’s something wrong, you would deeply regret it. Another thing I’ve gotta ask is… if you do not mind me asking, honestly, how old are you? No offense but if you’re young then you definitely can’t take it yet.May 10, 2017 at 3:05 pm #1651
so well, then it seems that I just can take a blood sample and to sell it for like a $500 a pop then 😀 LOL. Gotta get rich soon. LOL. From as much as it seems, I am having more than enough to spare.
But anyway, seriously now, people are firstly and foremost asking and recommending about diets due to the fact that these, as we all know or at least SHOULD know, are the most important and the most effective ways of getting serious gains without sticking some kind of foreign objects into your body, which, as it was said, they are also safest. If you are talking about bodybuilding and stuff like this, I really think that you should not get any defensive when there is somebody who is asking for your diet, your age or whatever else in regards to this.
And also, although I do know that IGF 1 injections are indeed helpful for some (as I have heard a little bit about it myself and I discussed with quite a few people) I still must say that I would give -1 (minus one) to use the IGF 1 injections and I would give +1 (plus one) to get everything else in some perfect and excellent order and to use normal supplements and not those that you are having to inject. Hoping this is going to be any helpful to you.May 10, 2017 at 3:26 pm #1652
well… to be honest, I am currently just using the NOW IGF 1 spray… to be honest… I am not very sure what exactly it has in it, where it is a real IGF 1 or maybe just some kind of an act alike chemical in the natural… however, what I do know is that the results have been pretty much dramatic for me and that is why I do think that it is really helpful… again, not sure why, either because it does have what’s supposed to have or because it has some kind of a chemical… also not sure for how long it is going to work like this… however, for now, it does helps. I am talking about the results because I started to take it, mostly, for pains… after approximately 2 weeks only of using it, my joints injuries have darn nearly fully healed up and I can feel that now I am being much more stronger and tighter than I have used to be in the past… in fact, than how I have been in a very long time now!
What I want to say with all of this is that you can find the thing on amazon (or at least the person from whom I got it said that got it from amazon) and I do recommend to sacrifice with those $12 for just a bottle to at least try it… I do think that it sounds like a much better idea to try out at least one bottle before you are going to start injecting anything in your body… good luck!
