Hello there everyone. I’ve got to admit that I am a newbie to this forum site and I am definitely a newbie to the HCG protocol (as you can see in the title) and so that’s why I am here, I would like to talk and learn more about HCG. Are there any other newbies out there? we shall all unite I think so we could learn from each other. And if there are experts out there then that would be amazing. I am currently on round 1 phase 1 day 11 of the HCG protocol and to be honest, so far, I am feeling absolutely great! so far, I have had some really good results and everything is well, but the problem is that I have noticed to have some kind of a slow down in my weight loss and that’s strange… I would really love to chit chat with some other people out there about this (regardless if newbies or experts, I would like to talk with everyone) for both encouragement and motivation. Also advices, recommendations and suggestions are all welcome. It is obvious that I am here and started all of it because I am overweight, but I am just so so tired being overweight and I am just ready right now to do the damn thing now (to lose the damn weight that is!). in case you are tired of it as well and you want to start/ already started or maybe already finished the HCG protocol – talk with me. I am now focused totally on fat loss and hopefully I will soon. I know that if you are having will power to sustain and to stay focused then this protocol can work, that’s why motivation and support is always appreciated. Thanks for everything.October 6, 2017 at 9:37 am #2530
Alright newbie, LOL, hello, hopefully you’re going to have good results and hopefully you already have good/ worth results. In case you are on the hcg and you are doing the 500 cals per day, you are on phase 2 already. If you didn’t know, then the phase 1 it is the pre diet cleansing. I am currently also on HCG protocol and I am on round 2 phase 2 day 14, and trust me or not but I am already down to 49.1 pounds! And I’m just so so happy about it. but trust me that you are doing an amazing job, just keep it going. And you know, the good rule of thumb is that in case you are not gaining then you are definitely winning. So that’s good either. Well, not sure how about you but me, during round 1 phase 2, I have started to lose out like 1 to 3 pounds per day, however by the end of the round 1 phase 2, I have only been losing from 0.5 to 1 pound per day. Then it gets even slower because in round 2 phase 2, my average as much as I can see it is approximately 0.5 per day. What I want to say the fact that you’ve slowed down in losing weight is fine and is normal. Although it went down you know what? I am fine with that! you should be too! Of course I can’t be sure, however I am just thinking that the reason why we slow down in losing the weight it is because there is less abnormal fat to burn and so we lose less. I mean, when you’re 130 lbs and dieting and when you’re 230 and dieting, obviously you’re going to lose more each day when you are 230 lbs. you just can’t lose same amount per day at 130 lbs as you do at 230 lbs, otherwise you diet 2-3 days and you’re good 😀 it is just taking a little bit longer to find it, but you’re going to do it. I see you are motivated, you will do it. you know, just feel free to contact me if you would like to talk more, I’m always ready if you want to. Anyhow, congrats for starting it out, congrats for already having some achievements and congrats for keeping it up. And wishing you all the best of luck in you further journey.October 6, 2017 at 9:39 am #2531
Oh hello there and thank you very much for answering, I appreciate it a lot. Thank you very much for the information and just keep up the good work. I’ve got to say that I am currently really at a snail’s pace now and I am wondering if my product has changed or something… I do know very well that I am still having a lot of fat to go now, and that’s why I am not quite sure what it is going on with me now and with all of this… however, one sure thing is that I am going to keep with it until I am going to reach my goal, I won’t stop until then. Hopefully I’m gonna reach it as soon as possible.October 6, 2017 at 10:12 am #2532
oh my god, wow, that’s just amazing, that’s AWESOME! 49 pounds. Wow! How did you do that?! those are super results I tell you… I am currently starting the round 4, loading tomorrow (but really starting tonight!), I just can’t seem to maintain the loss afterwards! Anyhow, it all sounds amazing I tell you!October 6, 2017 at 11:18 am #2533
I have had some awesome results myself too. 8/27- 8/29 loaded and you know… I mean REALLY REALLY loaded. 8/30 – 9/22 phase 1 and I have lost 29 lbs without a single problem in this time. you know, in fact, there were moments when I have had to force myself to eat as I have not been hungry at all… it has been said that females historically are losing 0.5 lbs per day… that’s amazing. I am in the 4th day of the phase 3 right now and I did have maintained my last day of injection weight! To be honest, I feel like I’m lucky with all of this. and I am currently still not very hungry right now.
But yeah, one sure thing is – we can do this, be sure we can! Just don’t give up and keep on going, you’re going to achieve it! I personally am going to keep on going for as much as it is needed… and yeah, by the way, I am going to lose like 90 more lbs by September 2018, I know for sure! The next summer I know for sure that I am going to wear a swim suit and I’m going to be proud of it!
